Kings Court is a Homeowner Association located in the heart of Kendall. Our quiet, family oriented neighborhood has been known as the "Gem of Kendall" for years. KC offers residents several amenities such as two pools, fitness room, tennis courts, indoor racquetball courts and children's playground. The operation of your homeowners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The seven Board members are elected annually on a three year staggered term basis by the community. Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting in May. The Board is responsible for overseeing the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association, and for assuring members’ compliance with the established rules and regulations through the onsite property manager.
