Estoppel Info for sales

ESTOPPEL REQUESTS INFO:

The Estoppels must be requested to Padron & Montoro office first. The letter fee is $299.00 they only accept money orders, cashier's checks or the closing company check.


Please send payment in the form of a cashiers check, money order, or company check payable to:
PADRON, MONTORO & HARTNEY LLP.
Request must be be received together with payment at: 13358 SW 128 Street, Miami, FL 33186

The turnaround time is 5 business days.

Request must be together with payment.

Padron, Montoro, & Hartney office will receive the request from the title company and then send Kings Court's association office the inspection request. An estoppel will not be sent without an inspection report from the
Kings Court property manager. 

RUSH service is not available for this association, as the estoppel requires a property inspection in which the association takes care of directly.
